Delete Your Account

We will be sad to see you go, but here are the details should you require them.

How to Delete Your App

Step 1: Log into the app
Step 2: Go to the Account icon
Step 3: Select the Details tab at the top
Step 4: Scroll to the bottom and tap ‘Permanently Delete Account’
Step 5: Enter App password, and tap delete.
Your customer record is immediately permanently deleted.

Should you want to delete your Account, if you have deleted your App:

Send your account details and state you would like to close the account and we will take care of that for you.
