At Rowena Garden Centre, we want to provide a safe, comfortable and welcoming environment for all our customers.

Dogs in the Garden Centre

We operate a strict no dogs policy within the Garden Centre.

We kindly ask customers not to bring dogs into the Garden Centre, restaurant or other customer areas.

Registered guide and assistance dogs are, of course, welcome.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a comfortable environment for everyone visiting Rowena.

Visiting the Dog Grooming Parlour

We have a Dog Grooming Parlour located on site, which has its  own separate entrance and can be accessed without entering the main Garden Centre.

Customers bringing dogs for grooming should use the dedicated entrance to the Dog Grooming Parlour. Dogs visiting the parlour should not be brought through the Garden Centre.
