Festive Feasts

Festive Feasts are to be paid in full at the time of booking to secure your place. Once a booking is made, the date is fixed and cannot be changed. Tickets are non-refundable. However, if we can resell your ticket, we will issue a refund (minus any applicable fees). No refunds will be given for cancellations within 14 days of the event unless the ticket is successfully resold. No-shows or cancellations on the day of the event are non-refundable. In the unlikely event that we need to cancel or reschedule, you will be offered a full refund or an alternative date.

All bookings will be seated together. If you wish to sit with another party, please make a single combined booking for your group (Maximum 8 per table). We cannot guarantee adjacent seating for separate bookings. Each booking must include at least one child. These events are designed for children and their families to enjoy together. Any dietary requirements or food allergies must be advised at least 14 days before the event. We cannot guarantee that last-minute requests can be accommodated. While we will do our best to meet any special seating or accessibility requests, these must be made at the time of booking and are subject to availability.
