Choose from Breakfast with Santa or Dinner with Santa and enjoy delicious festive food surrounded by twinkling lights, Christmas music and plenty of seasonal cheer.
After your meal, children will have the chance to meet Santa, share their Christmas wishes and receive a special gift from the North Pole.
It’s a wonderful festive experience for the whole family and the perfect way to create Christmas memories to treasure.
Terms & Conditions
Breakfast / Dinner with Santa– Terms & Conditions
Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place.
Each booking must include at least one child, as these events are designed for children and their families to enjoy together.
Once a booking has been made, the selected date is fixed and cannot be transferred or changed. Tickets are non-refundable. However, if we are able to successfully resell your ticket, we will issue a refund, less any applicable booking or administration fees. Cancellations made within 14 days of the event are non-refundable unless the ticket can be successfully resold. No-shows and cancellations made on the day of the event are also non-refundable. In the unlikely event that we need to cancel or reschedule your event, you will be offered either an alternative date or a full refund.
Dietary Requirements & Allergen Information
If you or anyone in your party has a food allergy, intolerance, dietary requirement or other special dietary need, please contact us before making your booking so that we can discuss your requirements and confirm whether we are able to accommodate them. Any agreed dietary requirements or food allergies must then be confirmed to us at least 14 days before the event. We cannot guarantee that requests received after this time can be accommodated. Our food is prepared and served in an environment where allergens are present. While reasonable care is taken when preparing food, we cannot guarantee that any dish will be completely free from traces of allergens. If you are unsure whether the menu is suitable for you or any member of your party, please contact us before booking.
Accessibility & Special Seating Requirements
We will do our best to accommodate any accessibility requirements or special seating requests. These should be made at the time of booking and are subject to availability. All guests included within the same booking will be seated together. If you would like to sit with another family or party, please make one combined booking for the full group. The maximum table size is 8 people. We cannot guarantee that separate bookings will be seated together or at adjacent tables.
