Unwins Cucumber Mini Muncher F1

Mini Muncher F1 is a snack-sized cucumber bred for outdoor growing, giving crisp, tasty little fruits around 8cm long — perfect for lunchboxes, salads, or eating straight off the plant. It's an all-female variety, so it doesn't need pollinating, and a single plant will happily produce up to 20 fruits a week once it gets going. Sow indoors April to May, then train the trailing stems up a wire or cane, whether that's in a greenhouse, up supports outdoors, or scrambling in a large patio pot. Water regularly and feed with a tomato fertiliser once fruiting starts, and pick often — the more you harvest, the more the plant keeps producing, right through June to September.
